Our Friend
PATRICIA ANNE
ROSS

ptb
This web site is dedicated to the memory of our first webmaster, Patricia Anne Ross. It was Pat's vision that Phoenix
Design be on the e-commerce highway. She insisted it was necessary. She embraced the concept that interaction between computers and people should be so simple as to just "push the button." Pat told me several years ago that I needed to become involved in the Internet to augment my sales force to reach a wider audience. She believed so strongly that I needed to establish a web site that it ultimately
became a
technology intervention.
Pat died unexpectedly February 25, 2001, in the middle of our Internet endeavor. We tried to incorporate her philosophy as we designed the navigation of our current site. The computer was Pat's life, and she believed adamantly that it should be a part of everyone's life. She was one of the most intelligent people I have ever known. Thank you, my friend, for everything you did to help me pursue our goal. I couldn't have done this without you. We miss you Ross, and hope you're proud of the final project.
