How long will it take to receive my order?
You will receive your merchandise within two to three weeks of placing your order.
How much would it cost to print one tee?
Each job is individually priced. The price depends on the color and fabric of the item selected for imprinting; the quantity needed; the number of ink colors to be printed; and the number of print locations.
If I decide to print more tees after my original order, will it cost less to print additional tees?
It depends on the quantity you wish to reorder. Currently we require a minimum order of "like print items" without incurring an additional setup charge. Setup charges are based on the number of ink colors per print location.
How much will it cost to have Phoenix Design create my art?
Art charges are also based on the number of ink colors and the number of print locations.
How and by what method do I submit payment?
We do not currently accept credit cards, however you may submit payment as outlined on our Policies page.
What are your policies for shipping, returns or cancellations?

Can I use art I have created on my computer for my tee?
We accept camera-ready art prepared by the customer if it is printed out the exact image size and printed by a high quality printer in black ink only. Color separations must have registration marks and a separate page per color.
Is black counted as a color?
Black is counted as a color because a screen must be made just for black and the black ink individually applied. Take a look at our silk-screen press used to print tees.
A separate screen must be made for each color ink.
I've never designed a tee before. What should I keep in mind to design the perfect tee?
If you've never designed a tee before, here are some ideas to keep in mind as you create your perfect gift:
- Your artwork should fit
across a range of sizes. Design your art to fit the smallest size
tee you plan to use. This is critical when designing artwork for
youth and adult shirts.
- Pocket logos should be no
larger than a 4.5" square.
- For maximum readability, put
light letters on dark tees or dark letters on light tee. Examine the
colors of street or traffic signs to see examples of good contrast.
- Select a typeface that is
appropriate for your design.
- The KISS principle is always appropriate. Simpler is most often better in tee design.

What factors affect the cost of my shirt design?
Our prices vary depending on the style, color and the design you create or select for your shirt. Dark and colored shirts require a more expensive print process, while white generally is less expensive. Sizes larger than XL cost more as well.
What tee sizes do you offer?
Youth sizes range from small to large. Adult sizes range from S to 2XL or 3XL, depending on the brand and style. Some 4XL and 5XL are available in limited styles and colors. View our Products page for more information.
Can I get player names and numbers on individual shirts?
Yes, we can put names and numbers on your team shirts. Our customer service team will assist you in getting exactly what you want on your shirts.
What is PDF and how do I get Adobe Acrobat Reader?
Some of the Phoenix Design documents on this website are in PDF format. Documents in PDF format can be viewed and printed easily with Adobe Acrobat Reader on a wide range of platforms, including Windows (all versions), Mac, OS-2, and Unix. Software downloading and easy installation instructions are available at the Adobe site linked below.
