Phoenix Design, Inc. practices the following policies when conducting
business:
Shipping
All orders in
the continental United States are shipped out via ground shipping.
Ground shipping charges are as follows:

Returns/Exchanges
We carry three different
classifications of products - custom, pre-printed, and blank. You must contact customer service
toll free at (866) 286-4586 before returning or exchanging any merchandise.
The customer is responsible for the shipping fees of all returns or
exchanges.
No return or exchanges will be accepted on closeout, discontinued, or custom ordered merchandise.
Returns. For blank and pre-printed products, you may return unused and unwashed items to us within
fifteen (15) days of receipt. We will not accept returns after that time. We will refund your money or we will replace the merchandise for items of equal or lesser value. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
For custom products, we do not accept returns or cancellations once we begin production (which typically occurs immediately after placing your order).
Custom products are uniquely designed and made to your specifications
and cannot be sold to others. Returns on custom products are only accepted if Phoenix Design has made an error. We will not be held responsible for errors in design, placement or color if you have already signed and approved the order.
Exchanges. Merchandise may be exchanged for items of equal or lesser value within 30 days from purchase. After an exchange for an item of lesser value, only store credit will be issued.
After 30 days from the date of purchase, no exchanges will be made.
Payment
Methods
The following methods of
payment are accepted:
Checks and money
orders should be made payable to "Phoenix Design, Inc."
Minimum fifty percent (50%) deposit required on all custom orders.
Single payment on group orders is required. Payment is only
accepted in U. S. dollars. Indiana residents add 5% sales tax.
Returned Check or Payment. Any returned check or payment will be subject to a $30.00 bank fee penalty. Any returned check or payment not repaid, with penalties included, within 30 days of sale will be turned over to collection and will be subject to further penalties and negative credit reports.
Privacy
Phoenix Design,
Inc. respects your right to privacy. We will not sell our customer
information for any reason. We do collect your shipping and
billing information when placing an order.
Data, such as
operating system, browser type, host IP address, etc., may be collected
on a visitors traffic pattern while browsing this site.

There are no standardized industry specifications or measurements across T-shirt brands. However, the following rule of thumb, as it relates to chest size/width for adults and ages for youth, might be helpful with size decisions:

Fabric
Content
We prefer to use a 50/50 shirt for the custom in-house orders but we are always more than willing to create your custom shirt on 100% cotton.

Cotton vs. Cotton Blend
50/50% polyester/cotton
- synthetic and natural blend
- high color retention
- less overall wearing of fabric due to the fiber blend
- more consistent year round due to synthetic fiber, low wrinkling, machine washable, and very
durable
- more heat sensitive in care, less absorbent, and less appealing to touch of the hand.
100% cotton
- heavier in weight then a blend
- shrinks up to one full size
- softer to the hand
- pulls moisture away from the skin
- may pill
- soft to feel or touch, good absorbency, high comfort and no special care
required
- may wrinkle, attract mildew, and has low thermal retention (does not keep body heat in the
garment)
Washing
& Care Instructions
Wash garments inside-out with mild detergent in cold or warm
water. Tumble dry, inside-out. Do not iron garments that
have been personalized with heat-sealed letters or numbers!
